Job Title: Business Analyst

Department: Customer Ops | Desktop Applications

Location: Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO (Charlotte is preferred)

Remote Info: 100% on-site.

Start Date: 2 weeks from offer.

Must Have Skills:

In-depth Knowledge of RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or NICE, and of best practices with process automation and operational excellence

Experience with Processing Mining (including scenario design, flow mapping), Data Analysis & mapping within Business process model.

3. Understand SDLC and collaborate with various stakeholders during the entire automation journey (process identification, process selection, process prioritization, development, support).

Education/Certification Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields
