Information Security Data Analyst ()

MUST HAVE STRONG COMPANIES – INSURANCE/BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES/LARGE ENTERPRISE COMPANIES

Summary:

The Data Analyst for the Information Security Office (ISO) will work within the ISO Governance and Engagement Team to assist in developing data visualizations, reporting, and communications for the Information Security Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Aggregate data and assist with creating reports to depict Information Security Program performance, maturity, and quantification of risk

* Data analysis and report creation in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Desktop

* Data extracts and updates to the ISO Customer Regulatory Inquiry Team database and ServiceNow repository

* Assistance with ISO communication efforts, including messaging and delivery

Required Skills:

* Bachelors' Degree required

* Excellent Excel, Power BI Desktop, JIRA, and PowerPoint skills required

* PowerQuery and DAX coding skills

* Knowledge and/or experience working within cybersecurity

* Ability to work with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet or exceed expectations and deliver value

* Enjoy discovering and solving problems; proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; relentless about data quality; being a self-starter who takes responsibility when required

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to translate technical details into concise messaging easily understood by all audiences

* Demonstrated ability to produce quality work at a rapid pace and manage multiple tasks effectively

* Experience with Service Now Asset Management

* Experience with executive-level report creation

* Experience with drafting and editing communications copy and material
