Job Title: Agile Coach

Location: Hybrid Onsite (2-3 days onsite in Mclean, VA)

Duration: 9-12+ months Contract

Must Haves: Hands-on Coaching and Agile Consulting experience.

?Job Description/Requirements:

Over 10-12+ Years of total experience needed
Around 4-6+ years of Agile Coach experience at least
Sr. Agile Coach, not a Scrum Coach
Need a Program/Portfolio level experience here
Scaled Agile environment experience needed
Strong Agile Consulting experience needed
Varied domain experience
Technical Background highly desired – Software Development/QA Background highly desired
Technical environment needed – Microservices/DevOps/CI-CD/TDD/ATDD/any other
TDD/CI-CD/Microservices/ATDD/DevOps
Strong JIRA/Confluence experience needed here
