Experience Required:
- Proven success for seven or more years leading and/or managing application development projects or teams.
- Knowledge of development tools and components to include the .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, web services, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Knockout, Angular, and Kendo.
- Knowledge of application and database security concerns and how to avoid.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Knowledge of Windows Authentication and Web Application login security.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio Unit Testing Framework (or other unit testing frameworks)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
- Skill in leading application development or other technology projects.
- Skill in creating Project Implementation Plans.
- Skill in using DevOps.
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting user requirements.
- Skill in time-management and prioritization of tasks.
- Ability to estimate daily tasks for the team and communicate impediments in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly and concisely, both verbal and written.
- Ability to be detail oriented, analytical in thinking, and ability to multitask.
