Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of Adobe Target to support client initiatives
  • A proven track record of testing and personalization strategy, and the ability to define strategies based on client business objectives
  • Assess and audit the current state of Adobe platform configuration including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics for segmentation, and Adobe Launch for experience integration
  • Prepare project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and owners
  • Monitor the effectiveness of optimization program and continuously improve prescribed testing plan
  • Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the Adobe Target investment
  • Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients
  • Configure personalization elements in Adobe Target
  • Work with UX/UI teams to take finalize content for personalization, A/B testing, or multivariant testing
Typical engagements and activities for the data organization will include:
• Assessments/audits of existing client digital ecosystems and recommendations for optimizations based on communicated client objectives, proven past successes, and industry best practices
• Audits, recommended technical solutions, and training for enterprise clients’ Analytics platform implementation
• Implementation of testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications
• Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite and senior leadership resources throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, internal trainings, etc.
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Target
  • Demonstrated experience in client facing definition of an optimization program
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing & data reporting
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Intermediate JavaScript skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Experience with tag management systems and data layers
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • Understanding of database management and APIs
