THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE.  CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE AND WORK ONSITE DAY 1.

Project Details: Having issues with reliability/integrity of their RAN Network - looking for a KPI Engineer to work in tandem with troubleshooters to provide them with the data they need to resolve network issues. 


Must Have Skills:

• BS degree
• Exp w/ managing and analyzing Network KPIs - Ability to identify and resolve issues that limit network performance
• Exp w/ RAN KPI performance (Accessibility, Retainability and Integrity)
• Exp w/ Python and SQL
• Exp using data to drive improvements
• Understanding of quality management, process improvement and/or program management

Plus Skills:

• Nokia Core Products and Mavenir core networks
• PHP & Java Script Exp

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Identify performance related defects, open ticket and follow up with Vendors
• Daily/Weekly/ Monthly ad hoc KPI reporting for leadership and internal teams  
• Drive RAN data ingestion to Dish's data lake
• Develop full stack RF features on as needed basis
• Develop and maintain the ETL process of RAN, Core, MSG and APP measurement
• Maintain integrity of KPI formulas and PM data
