CEDENT- Network Engineer/Architect (Switching and Routing) :: Dallas, Texas

Job Title: Network Engineer/Architect (Route/Switch)
Job Duration: 12 months contract with strong likelihood to extend- potentially years
Location: Downtown Dallas

100% on-site until at least the 6-month mark when thing regulate.

Must Have(s):

3+ Years Network Engineering/ Infrastructure experience focused on Switching and Routing Technologies:
- Knowledge of various Cisco Route/Switch platforms including configuration experience
- Helping build a project plan for support work, etc.
- Antiquated equipment
- Experienced engineer who has the necessary experience that can take an order/mission and run with it.
Good Understanding of Enterprise Level Routing & Writing Protocols
- EIGRP & OSPF: Experience of internal routing protocol/internal gateway protocol (IGP) along with the ability to compare technologies.
- EGP: Basic understanding of external routing protocol/external gateway protocol.
- CIDR (IP-V4):Thorough understanding to address and create an enterprise scheme.

- TCP experience
