Job Description:
Infor CloudSuite HCM implementation: We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence and Benefits modules (Payroll experience a plus).
This role is responsible for leading and supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support.
They will act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus.
Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience working with Lawson Global HR and HCM modules
Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence, Benefits
Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.
Experience working in Healthcare environments is ideal
