CEDENT- Senior Automation Engineer (Allen-Bradley, Rockwell/Siemens) (Portland, OR)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or other manufacturing related degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum 5 years of Industrial Controls, Automation or Systems Engineering experience within a high-volume manufacturing production environment
Experience with programming/troubleshooting control systems (Rockwell, Siemens)
Experience with troubleshooting industrial machinery which requires strong knowledge in both electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems
Validated project management skills
Great teamwork and communication skills with ability to work with associates of all levels
Experience with robot integration and vision systems is preferred
Experience with relevant Level 3 (SCADA, MES, MOM, IIoT) experience is preferred
Experience with safety devices and safety control circuits is preferred.
Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or similar principles and practices is preferred
Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA 79, ANSI/ISA-95 and ANSI/ISA-88 is preferred
Experience with industrial network architecture is a plus
