Partner with Hispanic Marketing team, agency partners and other stakeholders for consistent, relevant and persuasive communication to Hispanic customer.

Hispanics represent a quarter of the spend in our category. To showcase care and personalization we need to be able to adapt to their language needs. We don’t have a Spanish speaking copywriter currently. Translating is not the same as writing copy and team members that aren’t copywriters are solving for this issue. Almost every material and marketing campaign that goes into market at the moment is adapted to Spanish and needs professionalized copy.

Skills required:

  • Bilingual Copy Writer/Editor (Spanish/English)
    • Native Spanish speaker that understands different dialects and linguistics.
  • Copywriting skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to inspire action
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters to emulate the tone and copy standards in Spanish
  • Understands core retail and marketing fundamentals
  • Basic experience working in multi-touch programs and omni-channel campaigns in line with the overarching brand and product strategies.
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
