Job Duties: This person must quickly integrate and help lead the teams to deliver parallel paths of IT Infrastructure's ART.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of Agile experience
1+ years Scrum experiences
1+ years Kanban infrastructure experiences
1+ years of Release Train Engineer experience
Experience managing parallel paths of infrastructure lifecycle support and software demands
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Required skills: natural servant leader, organization, facilitation, orchestrating cross-functionally, aligning and managing dependencies, and overseeing and prioritizing work
Strong Communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

Industry experience in the retail / grocery / e-comm space.
- Any SAFe certification or training is preferred.
