CEDENT- SAP Manager (ECC 6, FICO) (Tampa, FL)

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager with a strong skill set in SAP ECC 6 (FICO, FSCM), UNIX/LINUX, Oracle Database, PLSQL, ABAP, and BASIS to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical and functional expertise in these areas, have previous management experience (either directly managing a SAP team or a SAP project implementation team), and be comfortable with hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of SAP analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
Perform hands-on SAP ECC 6, FICO, FSCM modules and BASIS configuration and support, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to best practices.
Manage and administer Oracle Databases, with proficiency in PLSQL.
Utilize UNIX/LINUX platforms for administrative and management tasks.
Develop, debug, and test ABAP code to support SAP applications and modules.
Oversee new projects and support initiatives relating to SAP modules and other systems, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and document business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Handle SAP financial modules such as GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, etc., ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Design and deliver SAP system changes and enhancements, ensuring integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and testing, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with SAP architecture and data standards, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate user training, provide technical support, and develop and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications in SAP modules would be an asset.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in technical and functional aspects of SAP ECC 6, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle Database, PLSQL, ABAP, BASIS, and financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, etc.).
Knowledge of SAP Report Writer Painter, Drill down Reports and ABAP Queries
Proven experience in leading and managing a SAP team or a SAP project implementation team.
Excellent understanding of SAP system configuration and best practices.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and data standards, and the ability to ensure compliance within the team.
