SERVICENOW DEVELOPER | REMOTE (EST)

REQUIREMENTS

ServiceNow development, configuration and integration experience (Must have experience with the FSO module).
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Web Service API's.
5-7 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset.
Agile experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with analysts and the Customer Engagement Center to support and enhance the ServiceNow FSO module that is used by the call center to support inbound customer calls.
Support the Professional Services team with implementing the ServiceNow FSO module.
User-interface development with JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
Working in an Agile-heavy environment (daily use of Kanban).
