SAVIYNT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

Experience supporting a Saviynt environment - specifically experience with Saviynt EIC
Experience troubleshooting applications like Active Directory, Workday, etc.
General knowledge on Java, JSON, SQL.
General domain knowledge of Provisioning, User Lifecycle management, Access, Cloud Security, Reporting and activity monitoring.

SAVIYNT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

Log into the applications and see what’s working and identify any errors.
Support Saviynt’s product environment with the applications-troubleshoot L1-L2, break/fix, etc. (Ex: troubleshooting AD, why was there an “error out” message, patching, cloud issues, etc.)
Open tickets to Saviynt directly.
Working with lead engineer and manager to brainstorm how to set up tool correctly and working through any errors.
Attend meetings.
