CEDENT- Project Manager(Manufacturing) (CA)

Hybrid: Onsite 3 days a week (Zip 94089) / Remote 2 days a week

Part time: 20-25 hours per week

Requirements:

Minimum of 4-8 years of experience with Project Management
Experience with hardware and software within an operations or manufacturing environment
Understanding of the backend manufacturing software / hardware
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to be a team player and ready to assist wherever needed
Overall good communication and ability to work well with others

Note: it's a software project, but they're looking for hands-on hardware experience as well. Instead of only focusing on PMs, they are okay with someone in a site lead, manufacturing lead, or similar role that is now looking to move into a PM oversight role, but the manufacturing environment should be automated (NOT manual). Essentially, we are moving away from traditional IT hardware - we need manufacturing hardware knowledge/exposure.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction goals, and objectives.
Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
Coordinate departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentations, and will be required to present status and results to internal stakeholders and/or management.
Assist with Sprint plannings
