As the PeopleSoft Payroll Lead with Integration Experience, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our PeopleSoft Payroll system, ensuring seamless integration with various modules and external systems. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll configurations, coupled with a proven track record of successfully integrating payroll systems with other HR and finance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll System Leadership:
•  Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll modules.
•  Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
•  Act as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Payroll, providing guidance to internal teams.

2. Integration Management:
•  Develop and implement strategies for integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with other HR systems and external applications.
•  Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design and execute seamless data flows and integration points.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

3. Compliance and Reporting:
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices related to payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
•  Generate accurate and timely payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the payroll function.
•  Work closely with stakeholders to streamline and enhance payroll-related workflows.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•  Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with payroll processes.
•  Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•   Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Payroll Lead, including successful implementations and integrations.
•   Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll configurations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
•   Experience with integration tools and middleware for connecting PeopleSoft with other applications.
•   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
