Responsibilities
As the Marketing Technology Technical Lead, you will lead the strategy and support implementation of the Client's digital marketing, web and mobile customer experiences for B2B side. You will bring the knowledge of MarTech to drive business outcomes through the Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically AEM, Launch, WebSDK, Target and Analytics.
You will lead the engineering team on the evolution of our web and mobile experiences with the deployment and adoption of WebSDK for digital data collection and integration with Adobe Experience Platform. You will actively partner with MarTech, Domain architects, engineering teams and product owners to support the buildout of Vanguard’s website.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- 8 + years’ experience in Web Development technologies (Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, web services).
- 2+ years’ experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in headful and headless deployments.
- Hands-on experience developing templates and custom components on the Adobe AEM platform v6.
- 2+ years' working knowledge of Adobe Launch, Target, Analytics.

- Working knowledge of web data layers and tag management solutions.
- 2+ years' experience in marketing or MarTech.

What sets you apart:
- Experience with AWS, including EC2, ECS, VPC, Security Groups, S3 and EFS.
- Experience with “on-prem” hosted AEM implementations.
- Experience with AEM, Adobe Launch, Target, Analytics.
- knowledge on Angular and java script.
