is looking for a dynamic and innovative business development manager. In this
role, you will spearhead the efforts to expand the business by acquiring new clinical
trials, fostering relationships with sponsors, and collaborating with referring
physician practices.

Key Responsibilities:
? Work closely with our executive team to develop and execute strategies
aimed at meeting sales targets.
? Target potential sponsors in the medical device, diagnostic, and
pharmaceutical industries through tailored outreach efforts.
? Provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance our services
and set us apart in the market.
? Identify and nurture new relationships to grow our client base locally and
globally.
? Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to establish
long-term partnerships.
? Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries to uphold high levels of
satisfaction.
? Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies,
including social media, presentations, and participation in trade shows.
? Maintain consistent branding and communication with prospective clients
and stakeholders.
? Excel in both independent and collaborative work environments within a
dynamic setting.
? Uphold the professional reputation and standards of our organization in all
interactions with potential clients, media, clinical communities, and external
stakeholders.
? Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services
and secure new business opportunities.
? Skillfully negotiate contracts to finalize deals and agreements.
? Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively
articulating value propositions.
? Travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
? Candidates based in the U.S. Northeast Region are preferred.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business required; master’s degree
preferred.
? 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the
pharmaceutical/biotech sector, including interactions at the executive level.
? Demonstrated leadership excellence in sales and marketing, particularly
within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research.
? Proven track record of client retention and sales success.
