Job Description

As a Remote Sales Representative specializing in Indian real estate, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our company's offerings within the Indian real estate market. Working remotely from US, you will utilize various channels including CP (Community Partner) networks, digital platforms, community networking, and participation in events and expos to generate leads and facilitate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

CP Network Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with Community Partners (CPs) including real estate agents, financial advisors, and other relevant professionals within the Indian community. Collaborate with CPs to generate leads and referrals.
Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to promote our company's Indian real estate offerings. Develop compelling content and engage with potential clients through various online platforms.
Community Networking: Actively participate in local Indian community events, gatherings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections with potential clients. Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Event and Expo Participation: Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and expos to showcase our company's offerings and engage with prospective clients face-to-face. Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and informational materials to educate attendees about Indian real estate investment opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospective clients. Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the Indian real estate market. Conduct research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of Indian real estate market dynamics, trends, and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive sales.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and expos as needed.
