Position:

We have multiple Recruiter position available in our Company. Our ideal candidate needs to be hands-on, innovative, goal-driven, dynamic individual with expertise and proven results in a fast-paced recruiting environment. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for getting Clients and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full desk recruiting cycle for open positions with the clients.
  • Experience in hiring candidates for clients in the Financial, healthcare, Government, Retail, Banking,  Insurance etc.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for clients and build the existing business.
  • Good understanding of all the technical skills in Information Technology and Other industries.
  • Candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Evaluate screening and interviewing process for effectiveness, recommend improvements.
  • Ensure consistent data capture for reporting requirements.
  • Leverage social recruiting platforms.
  • Collaborate on external employment branding campaigns.
  • Produce reporting and metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business leaders.
  • Foster a fun and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years recruiting candidates for various Industries.
  • Proven record of successfully delivering candidates in this space.
  • Talented at building rapport with candidates and internal leaders.
  • Experienced using current social recruiting platforms , various user groups and an aptitude to excel.
  • Experienced in mining passive candidates.
  • Experience in IT Recruitment and some Non-IT Recruitment as well.
  • Recruiters with technical recruitment experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
