We are seeking a highly motivated Change Management Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing communication strategies to support organizational changes, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the change process. Your work will play a key role in facilitating smooth transitions and driving successful adoption of changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Communication Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive communication plans for organizational changes. Ensure all messaging is aligned with project goals and effectively reaches diverse stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure all communications related to changes are timely, clear, and well-received.
  • Content Development: Craft clear and engaging communication materials, including emails, presentations, FAQs, and updates, that explain the impacts of changes and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Change Documentation: Support change management efforts by documenting and clearly communicating the impacts of organizational changes on processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Communication: Identify and address communication risks or gaps, ensuring proactive messaging to mitigate misunderstandings or resistance.
  • Meeting Support: Provide communication expertise in project meetings, capturing key action items and ensuring they are translated into effective messaging.
  • Change Metrics: Track and analyze communication effectiveness through metrics that measure stakeholder engagement and readiness for upcoming changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, with specific exposure to change management or project coordination.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies for organizational changes or large-scale initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools is a plus.
