Responsibilities:

  • Triage and evaluate clinical escalations related to member services across various journeys in both the U.S. and international settings.
  • Research individual cases, assess relevant circumstances, and align recommendations with benefit guidelines and clinical standards.
  • Support the development of best practices using evidence-based guidelines to improve clinical operations and services.
  • Conduct research on evidence-based data to inform and refine services provided in both U.S. and international contexts.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fertility clinical field.
  • Medically-related degree, such as a BSN.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in pregnancy or women’s health.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources in a confidential setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for evidence-based eligibility assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams.
  • A team player who engages across different cultures, functions, and regions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new web-based systems.
  • Flexibility to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced start-up.
  • Experience in public health or the insurance sector.
  • Passionate about your field with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong presentation skills in virtual environments.
  • Global awareness and cultural sensitivity, with an interest in working in a diverse setting.
  • Ability to search and analyze medical databases to create concise, knowledge-based reviews.
  • Experience in healthcare or scientific work outside the U.S.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
