Responsibilities:
- Triage and evaluate clinical escalations related to member services across various journeys in both the U.S. and international settings.
- Research individual cases, assess relevant circumstances, and align recommendations with benefit guidelines and clinical standards.
- Support the development of best practices using evidence-based guidelines to improve clinical operations and services.
- Conduct research on evidence-based data to inform and refine services provided in both U.S. and international contexts.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fertility clinical field.
- Medically-related degree, such as a BSN.
- Proficiency in the English language.

- Background in pregnancy or women’s health.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources in a confidential setting.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for evidence-based eligibility assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams.

- Experience in public health or the insurance sector.

- Experience in healthcare or scientific work outside the U.S.
