Senior Research Associate (SRA) - Global Drug Product Development and Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Execute formulation, process development, and stability studies for both liquid and lyophilized products throughout the development lifecycle, from early-phase (Phase 1) through late-phase (Phase 3).
- Analyze, compile, and present data to support decision-making for drug product development programs.
- Participate in laboratory management and safety programs, including the implementation of new equipment and work processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including electronic lab notebook entries, and author comprehensive technical reports.
- Support the development and implementation of technological applications, such as iLab and other relevant systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical or protein engineering, or a related field; OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with analytical and biophysical characterization techniques such as HPLC, HIAC, MFI, CE-SDS, cIEF, and spectroscopy methods.
- Basic understanding of statistical data analysis.
- Ability to work in a team and project-oriented environment, with strong motivation, work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Flexible mindset to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in process or lyophilization development.
