- 3+ years of Epic Cadence experience
- Epic Cadence certification
- Radiant experience (imaging)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments
- Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, that affect patient data handling and system usage
EPIC CADENCE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the ways this organization conducts the build
- Maintain and support the current workload
- Support upcoming projects that focus on radiology imaging
- Provide training and support to end-users on new functionalities and system updates related to Cadence and Radiant
- Conduct thorough testing of new builds and configurations to ensure they meet organizational standards before deployment
- Work closely with clinical teams to understand their needs and ensure that the Cadence system meets operational requirements
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of scheduling and patient access services
