Summary
The Global Operations Manager will support member and customer-focused teams by implementing scalable frameworks and processes, enhancing program offerings, and contributing to provider partnership strategies. This role collaborates closely with operational, clinical, product, and client-service teams to drive department and company-wide growth in alignment with key objectives.
 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve KPIs related to tier 2 support, provider network growth, and service journey offerings.

  • Collaborate with country consultants for capacity planning and alignment with company OKRs.

  • Partner with in-country teams to expand the provider ecosystem.

  • Lead program expansion in EMEA, covering services such as fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, menopause, and low-testosterone.

  • Work with Global Operations and cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization’s global position in healthcare and family-forming services.

  • Implement operational improvements that enhance member and customer experience.

  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to meet departmental and company goals.
     

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in strategy and operations within EMEA markets.

  • Degree in health-related field; knowledge of women's health, fertility, or hormonal health preferred.

  • Experience in provider network strategy and relationship management.

  • Strong operational and project management skills, adept at improving processes.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability.

  • Team-oriented with strong global awareness and cultural sensitivity.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.
