Must have skills:

5+ years of change management experience – has been through multiple life cycles.
Experience developing communication plans
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Experience providing support and delivery of training programs through change management efforts

Soft Skills:

Strong written/verbal communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Comfortable in the gray area

Nice to have skills:

Utilities Experience
Change Management certifications
Agile / Scrum certifications
