Cedent is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medical fields. The ideal candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles such as Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Biostatisticians, Project Managers, and other specialized positions within these industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline across the clinical research, pharma, biotech, and medical fields.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Promote Cedent’s employer brand and ensure compliance with industry standards.
