As a member of the Operations team, the Clinical Research Feasibility Specialist supports study selection activities by coordinating feasibility questionnaires, investigator submissions, and departmental reporting. This role involves managing investigator data, updating study metrics, and assisting with pre-study visits (PSVs) to ensure efficient study cycle progression and meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Feasibility Specialist collaborates closely with Business Development, utilizing Salesforce to manage data and provide up-to-date communication on feasibility status.

Coordinate and complete feasibility questionnaires and investigator submissions.

Manage data entry of business development activities in Salesforce throughout the study cycle.

Assist with PSV scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.

Produce and distribute departmental reports; update study metrics.

Handle incoming feasibility communications for the business development team.

Maintain Investigator data and CV addendums in Salesforce Opportunity and Contact pages.

Prepare for and document internal meetings or special requests as assigned.

Collaborate with Business Development to communicate feasibility questionnaire status and completion.
