Summary:
The Clinical Program Director is a full-time role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, program development, and mental health initiatives. This position ensures high-quality patient care and treatment outcomes through leadership and collaboration with medical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical programs to address mental health and addiction treatment needs.
- Collaborate with medical leadership to enhance treatment protocols and patient outcomes.
- Lead mental health initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Manage program development, staff coordination, and operational workflows.
- Maintain a strong understanding of substance use disorders and medically assisted treatments (MAT).
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
- Perform clinical duties as needed to support program objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinical operations and program development.
- Expertise in mental health and addiction medicine.
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and MAT practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration).
- Certificates in Addiction Studies will be considered an asset.
