Summary:
The Clinical Program Director is a full-time role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, program development, and mental health initiatives. This position ensures high-quality patient care and treatment outcomes through leadership and collaboration with medical staff.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to address mental health and addiction treatment needs.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to enhance treatment protocols and patient outcomes.
  • Lead mental health initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Manage program development, staff coordination, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of substance use disorders and medically assisted treatments (MAT).
  • Ensure effective communication and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform clinical duties as needed to support program objectives.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical operations and program development.
  • Expertise in mental health and addiction medicine.
  • Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and MAT practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration).
  • Certificates in Addiction Studies will be considered an asset.
