Summary
The Clinical Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring efficient patient-provider assignments, managing compliance-related tasks, and supporting enrollment processes. This dynamic role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to contribute to cross-functional operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Manage patient-provider assignments to balance provider panel sizes and optimize care capacity.

Assist in panel rebalancing by adjusting assignments based on provider availability and patient needs.

Ensure compliance with prescription authority and manage application submissions where vendor support is unavailable.

Create, maintain, and update collaborative agreements between MDs and NPs.

Track RN licenses, Medicare/Medicaid enrollments, and manage revalidation processes.

Support credentialing deployments to enable providers for patient care and billing compliance.

Assist with Final Medical Approval (FMA) processes for timely patient onboarding.

Act as a point of contact for enrollment and cross-functional partners, fielding queries and streamlining communication.

Provide operational support for Enrollment team requests and coordination.

Contribute to workflow improvements and cross-functional collaboration as team demands evolve.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in operations or generalist roles in healthcare or similar fields.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
