Requirements
We are seeking a Clinical Project Lead to shape clinical study design, manage resources and budgets, and contribute to maintaining and extending our portfolio of licensed antiparasitic products. This role is pivotal in guiding projects from protocol development through execution to final study reporting for regulatory submissions in both laboratory and field settings.
- Lead Clinical Teams as the Clinical Project Lead, supporting the development and implementation of clinical strategies for antiparasitic product efficacy and safety.
- Ensure clinical projects have optimal strategy, efficient study designs, and are evaluated using state-of-the-art principles while effectively presenting findings.
- De-risk projects, address health risks, and optimize formulations for safe and effective products, supporting regulatory submissions and the growth of existing products.
- Present clinical content to regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and animal welfare principles.
- Represent clinical projects in governance meetings, aligning clinical plans with company strategies, and support clinical site study activities.
Requirements
- DVM from an accredited institution (preferred), or a PhD/Master’s Degree in parasitology with relevant experience in antiparasitic product development.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and compliance protocols.
- Solid understanding of veterinary antiparasitic product claim structures.
- Experience in planning, conducting, reporting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical studies.
- Background in clinical laboratory and/or field studies (GxP and non-GxP) is a plus.
- Veterinary clinical practice experience is an advantage for supporting site study activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international, cross-functional matrix environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Willingness to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
