Service Advisor (CLC) (Cold Lake, AB)

Cold Lake Chrysler is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for a happy, eager and confident individual who is skilled in customer service.  As the Service Advisor you will gather information to identify the required vehicle repair and maintenance work.  With your above average communication skills, you will communicate with the customer their maintenance and service needs while scheduling the work required.  This is a busy job in a fast-paced environment and it can be very financially rewarding for the right candidate.  Our service advisors are paid on a payplan that will reward them in the $25-35/hr range based on overall performance and productivity!
  
 Qualifications:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive Dealership or other applicable customer service skills
• Sales experience considered an asset
• Excellent Customer service skills and detail orientated
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight time constraints
• Proficient in computer software and office equipment
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
