About the Role

As a CNC Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes to form metal parts that meet exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accuracy, and producing top-quality work from start to finish.

✅ What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
  • Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools
  • Make adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
  • Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada, Trumpf, or similar a plus)
  • Strong blueprint reading and math skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have
  • Programming or setup experience
  • Sheet metal fabrication background
  • Experience with tight tolerances and high-mix/low-volume work
