About the Role
As a CNC Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes to form metal parts that meet exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accuracy, and producing top-quality work from start to finish.
✅ What You’ll Do- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
- Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools
- Make adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
- Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals
- Experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada, Trumpf, or similar a plus)
- Strong blueprint reading and math skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Programming or setup experience
- Sheet metal fabrication background
- Experience with tight tolerances and high-mix/low-volume work
