General Responsibilities:

Positions and clamps work piece against fixtures or to specified point on built in scale.
Identify and verify appropriate material.
Programs machine per written program.
Starts machine and observes operation.
Must verify first piece, using tape measure, calipers, and any other measuring device to verify part conforms to print.
Must be able to do some minor maintenance.
Must be aware of safety considerations while operating machine.
Must be able to examine part for quality.

Job Requirements:

Read blueprints, count parts, match prints to parts
Report labor hours by entering all applicable information in MieTrak.
Follow written and oral instructions
