Draftsperson (Sunshine Homes)

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and modify production-ready drawings
-Approve prints and ensure design accuracy
-Work within HUD Code requirements
-Collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
-Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
-HUD Code knowledge preferred
-Experience in manufactured housing is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and ability to approve prints
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
