Hospice Executive Director

We are looking for a compassionate, talented and experienced Executive Director with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families, and we offer individuals the opportunity to be associated with a caring staff and organization, while creating positive contributions in their community.

What You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge in hospice or healthcare operations and sales management
Current State Driver's License, reliable transportation and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
At least 3 years of progressive experience managing operations in healthcare, hospice strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct management personnel
Understanding of business processes and systems that support the healthcare industry
Experience in changing organizational processes to implement standard methods and practices
Must have an outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with a strong executive presence
Possess good organization, people and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and strategies simultaneously
Knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit preferred
Experience with EMR/Customer Relationship software
Demonstrated experience driving growth and profitability through excellent customer service
