POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, provides assistance to Lead Warehouse Person in everyday operations of HSI Mechanical, Inc.’s warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Tool Room:
    • Issue and return of tools, equipment, materials
    • Check and maintain stock on hand of materials
    • Maintenance of tools, check and repair if needed
    • Organize Tool Room
    • Keep Tool Room orderly and safe
  • Shop:
    • Maintain log of items, materials, and equipment received and sent to job site.
    • Maintenance of and scheduling service for machines
    • Climb ladders and stairways
    • Empty scrap bin as scheduled
    • Receiving of materials, delivered, check in and place in designated area
    • Maintain vehicles, schedule services, check oil, wash truck
    • Organize shop materials by job number
    • Put away material when job is completed or brought back to the shop
    • Organize shop, designate areas for specific materials
    • Keep shop orderly and safe

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma preferred
Experience: 1+ years preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a traffic abstract
  • Able to operate a Standard-drive vehicle and Fork lift (certification helpful)
  • Able to drive a Flatbed Truck (CDL not required)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency
  • Basic math and problem solving skills
  • Able to lift 75 pounds frequently
  • Must be available Monday thru Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Good attitude; must be a team player
Pay Scale: $15-$18

This is a non-management position
