If you thrive on optimizing complex operations, mentoring talented professionals, and building a culture of continuous improvement, we want to talk to you.
Your Impact: What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire: Mentor, develop, and empower a talented team of transportation professionals. You'll be responsible for hiring, coaching, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture where everyone can succeed.
Drive Operational Excellence: Go beyond the status quo. You will analyze, map, and refine our entire freight workflow—from order receipt to final billing—to identify bottlenecks, boost efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Champion Innovation: Leverage and optimize our Transportation Management System (TMS), Salesforce, and other technologies to unlock new levels of performance and productivity. Keep us on the cutting edge of industry best practices.

Ensure Unwavering Quality & Compliance: Uphold our commitment to safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, FMCSA, etc.). You'll own the process for quality control, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Tell the Story with Data: Prepare and present insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll transform data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement in service, cost, and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table

Tech-Savvy Expertise: Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is essential.
A People-First Approach: You lead with humility, respect, and a calm demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. You are an exceptional communicator, an active listener, and a skilled coach who knows how to bring out the best in your team.
