Event Coordinator & Guest Services

Cypress Valley’s event center is a unique fairy-tale venue with a ceremony platform suspended between two ancient cypress trees and lodging for event guests in nationally acclaimed treehouses. We are looking for the right candidate to become part of our team and help us manage and grow our business.

Responsibilities include marketing, venue tours, client relations, and day of coordination (separate from customer’s wedding/event planner) as well as guest services for overnight guests. While this position will focus on events, as a small team, each member has to be willing and able to step in where needed—including cleaning treehouses and maintaining pools as needed, to ensure every guests has an enjoyable experience. Customers have come to expect excellence that this can-do, collaborative effort yields; and team members depend on each other to create the magic Cypress Valley is known for.

The ideal candidate is well organized, has experience in Google Docs, Dubsado, and/or other event booking platforms, and a strong background in customer service.  This is a nature-based venue, and candidates should enjoy being outdoors in nature.
