Guest Experience and Event Coordination

Cypress Valley has an opening (part-time) at a treehouse resort  located 30 miles west of Austin, Texas

The ideal candidate for this role is customer-oriented, looks to make small improvements, and has hospitality and/or administrative experience. This position ensures guests have a magical experience in nature —whether day guests attending an event or overnight guests in our five treehouses. Responsibilities include everything from answering evening calls from on-site guests, conducting venue tours for prospective couples, to handling housekeeping, or even pool maintenance.

In Cypress Valley's beautiful outdoor setting, this position will work alongside of a small, dedicated hospitality team - this is a hands-on position. If you are a responsible individual with administrative experience, capable of ensuring guest satisfaction, and enjoy working outdoors (this is a nature-based venue) this is a wonderful opportunity to join our team of can-do professionals working collaboratively to create the special environment that guests have come to depend upon at Cypress Valley.
