Cypress Valley- Guest Services & Housekeeper - Treehouse Lodging (Austin, TX; Spicewood, TX)

Cypress Valley has an immediate opening for a Housekeeping/Guest Relations team member (full-time) at our treehouse resort property located 30 miles west of Austin, Texas. Beautiful outdoor setting, working with a small dedicated team.

The ideal candidate(s) for this role is detail and customer-oriented, looks to make small improvements and has hospitality and/or housekeeping experience. This position handles housekeeping, laundry, room reservations, phone and e-mail inquiries, coordinates contact-free guest check-in, provides customer support while guests are on-site, and performs various other duties for small hotel operations. In Cypress Valley's beautiful outdoor setting, this position will work alongside of a small, dedicated hospitality team - this is a hands-on position. Cypress Valley is looking for a candidate who can expand responsibilities as we grow!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer 6 months of experience in Hospitality or as a Hotel Housekeeper.
Must have a pleasant personality and strong work ethic, including attention to detail. Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable.
Must have weekday and weekend availability
Must have a valid driver's license
Familiarity and facility with computer reservations, hospitality and guest relations functions is preferred

COMPENSATION:

Part-time or full-time position available working min of 3 days/week.
$20+/hr depending on experience, with increase after training
