Management, Assistant (Inver Grove Heights, MN)

We have an assistant  manager position available. You would be responsible for supporting the store manager in all aspects of running this store. This includes managing day-to-day store operations, handling employees, and excellent customer service. 
The assistant manager is essential to improve overall operations, boost sales, and enhance the customer experience.
Some experience is preferred.
Must be able to work nights and weekends. Hours are flexible.
Starting pay depending on past experience. (minimum $17/HR)
We also offer a hiring bonus, After 30 days and 90 days.
