- Determining a project’s needs in collaboration with various stakeholders [e.g., architects, owners, engineers, inspection agencies, code officials, subcontractors, suppliers/vendors, etc.]
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading in the role and a proven understanding of construction documents, including general, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans; specifications; submittals; ASI; RFI; as-built plans

- Handling job site emergencies or conflicts while working well under pressure
- Coordinating with USC Builds internal project teams to see the project is completed safely, on time and on budget
- Knowledge of all technical construction aspects of the project, particularly to limit unforeseen impacts and overlap of scopes among various skilled trades
- Project experience using Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Microsoft Project and other similar technology platforms a plus
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation: Annual salary range: $95,000—$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
