Job Title: Healthcare Sales Executive
Reports To: President – Sales & Marketing
Compensation: $65-$85K Base + Uncapped Commissions
The Healthcare Sales Executive is responsible for selling advanced electronic healthcare communication systems, including nurse call, infant security, patient wandering, overhead paging, intercom, RTLS, Wi-Fi phone systems, and electronic access control, within an assigned territory. This role requires developing and executing effective sales strategies, maintaining a robust sales funnel, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work remotely to build healthcare communications integration business in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns, manage CRM activities, and exceed quota targets.
- Design/configure basic communication systems, including nurse call and security systems.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with required training, immunizations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong sales discipline, technical aptitude, negotiation, customer relations, and presentation skills. Knowledge of healthcare communication systems and IoT trends is a plus.
- Computer Proficiency: CRM, Microsoft Office, and internet software.
- Other: Valid driver’s license, excellent time management, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Requires standing, walking, sitting, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), and exposure to varying conditions including outdoor weather, allergens, and moderate noise levels.
This job may involve occasional travel and adherence to workplace rules and safety programs.
