Description: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales, Outside Sales Support, Shipping, Receiving, Coordination w/ Mill, Purchasing and Building Operations.  
POSITION: Morse Sash & Door - Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: CEO/President
FLSA: Full Time, Salary, Exempt 
BUSINESS HOURS: M-F, 7:00am-5:00pm. Overtime as needed. 
WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Oversee and Manage: Shipping, Receiving, Inside Sales Support, coordinate w/ Mill Operations, Purchasing and Building Operations. 
  • Implement OTIF (On Time in Full) culture.
  • Coordination between all departments 
  • Customer Focused Actions and Decisions 
  • Expense Control
  • Collaborate with management throughout the company. 
  • Involved in the hiring process for division.
  • Perform and coordinate employee’s performance evaluations.
  • Oversee Division Payroll 
  • Responsible for teaching and coaching employees at the division 
  • Handle Disciplinary issues as deemed necessary. 
  • Facility Maintenance Supervision 
  • Identify and Implement Process improvements across all departments. 
  • Critical need to learn and understand how all products we sell are used. 
  • Critical need to learn and understand all the products we sell and manufacture. 
  • Educate incoming staff about company products and protocols. 
  • Other Duties as assigned by CEO/President 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
  • Associates Degree preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ Operational Management 
  • 1+ Construction Related Experience  

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:
  • Supervise Multiple Departments within the company: Warehouse, Inside Counter Sales, Outside Sales Support, Shipping, and Receiving. 
  • Direct reports will report to this position for direction, guidance, conflict management and KPI’s.  

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Office/Admin. With expectation to be active in facility and customer jobsites.
