Job Description: Project Manager
Pay Range:  $90,000-115,000 Depending on Experience


Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring thorough understanding of each phase and process.
  • Enforce and adhere to the corporate health and safety program.
  • Coordinate and lead project execution teams, including engineering, construction, safety, quality, and environmental staff.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules to meet established targets.
  • Create and implement comprehensive project management plans using tools such as Bid 2 Win (B2W), Viewpoint Team & Field View, and MS Project.
  • Procure vendors and subcontractors to support project needs.
  • Continuously manage project budgets, including monthly cost projections and monitoring daily/weekly labor and quantity budgets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as the primary interface with project owners, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Facilitate and manage critical path activities, processing all change orders and scope modifications.
  • Identify and generate Requests for Information (RFIs) based on field conditions, ensuring timely responses from the design team.
  • Review and manage project submittals, including those from subcontractors, and distribute them appropriately.
  • Report to and perform duties at the project office site.
  • Work under the direction of the Senior Project Manager or Vice President and perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Proven ability to supervise and lead construction teams to successful project outcomes.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Proficient in creating and managing complex schedules and critical paths.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, with 5–7 years of experience in heavy civil, highway, bridge/structures, or utility infrastructure projects.
  • OSHA 30 Certificate and relevant training required.
