Title: Accounts Payable/ Receptionist
Reports To: Controller
Department: Accounting
Compensation: $21-$24 per hour based on experience
Summary of Position: The Accounts Payable Clerk/ Receptionist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of payments for Patriot Towers various invoices and expenses. This position is the first point of contact with our outside customers, both in person and on the phone.

High School Diploma / GED
1-2 years of construction industry experience
1-2 years of experience in an intermediate accounting position
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist position
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Sage 300 software is a plus

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process invoices
- Reconcile invoices
- Set up new vendors
- Build a relationship with the vendors
- Match invoices to PO’s
- Assist with entering Purchase Orders
- Use sales tax exemptions/ certifications when necessary
- File 1099 with vendors
- Reconcile credit card receipts for crews and office personnel
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and announce visitors when appropriate
- Answer incoming phone calls, forward when necessary
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing documents and small packages for mailing and shipping
- Maintain office copier equipment; contact vendor when necessary
- Purchase and monitor office and kitchen supplies
- Other duties as assigned by manager
