Stange Law Firm is accepting resumes only for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to help the Client Intake Director lead the firm’s client intake department. Whether someone is facing a divorce, legal separation, paternity action, estate planning or numerous other issues that affect families, Stange Law Firm, PC is dedicated to achieving the best possible results. The Client Intake Director provides strategic support and guidance to the Firm’s client intake department by ensuring potential clients are promptly responded to and set for initial consultations throughout the firm.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the director with the following:

  • Oversees and/or communicates with potential clients by phone, e-mail, and via online inquiries to assist in generating retentions for the Firm.

  • Promptly takes and responds to potential client inquiries and follows up with potential clients who do not hire the Firm at the first initial consultation.

  • Confirms potential client appointments the day prior to each appointment.

  • Schedules potential client appointments for attorneys at the Firm and notifies the attorney of the same.

  • Provides regular analysis on the retention rates for the Firm, the various offices of the Firm and individual attorneys.

  • Sends out weekly case division updates and tracks retention percentages.

  • Accurately maintains the overall case division for the firm and promptly makes any updates to the case division.

  • Supports the Firm’s goals through productive teamwork with other employees and developing strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

    Qualifications:

  • College degree in communication, business management, legal studies or related field preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in PC Programs
  • Moderate typing skills (45 wpm)
  • Excellent verbal (both via phone and in-person) and written communication skills
  • Excellent attendance/punctuality
  • Law firm experience a plus, but not required
