Join Our Team as a Full-Time Toddler Teacher!

Do you have a passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for toddlers

Assist the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed

Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays.

Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators

 

What You’ll Need:

EEC certification in Toddler or Preschool (required)

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting

Full COVID-19 vaccination in compliance with health and safety protocols

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
